Georgia is set for a change of government after President Mikheil Saakashvilli conceded that his ruling party had lost yesterday's parliamentary vote. That could mean that Billionaire oppositon leader Bidzina Ivanishvili will be Georgia's next Prime Minister. He's promised to steer the country closer to Russia.
