Welcome back... Full EMployment in Germany by the year 2020. That's what Frank- Walter Steinmeier is promising as he campaigns for Chanceller in next month's elections. His bold "Deutschland Plan" calls for the creation of 4- Mmillion jobs in Germany by the year 2020. Political opponents say it's just an empty promise in an election year.
