Executive change - The head of General Motors Europe quits after criticizing Detroit's decision to keep Opel

It seems the first heads are rolling after General Motors' decision not to sell its European operations. The head of GM Europe, Carl-Peter Forster, is quitting. It comes just days after he criticized Detroit's decision to keep Opel instead of selling it the Canadian parts supplier Magna. Forster called GM's U-turn "incomprehensible.
