(MEGGIN): EU finance ministers have been hammering out a multi-billion-Euro rescue plan for Portugal. But the money won't come easy as there are some tough conditions attached. +++ (STEVE): The finance ministers meeting in Hungary say that Portugal is going to have to work hard for it. And it's a big loan they'll have to pay back. The figure being thrown around is 80-Bbillion euros.
