As we've heard, that haircut for Greece will mean big losses for many banks -- so big, that Europe is getting set for a round of "recapitalisation". That means injecting more funds into banks to help them absorb those losses. Banks that can't raise the money from the markets will get it from public funds -- effectively, another bailout. But will the public stand for it?
