European leaders and the IMF say they have made "good progress" at Sunday's meeting in Brussels aimed at ending the euro debt crisis. It was the first of TWO summits -- with a follow-up coming on Wednesday. French President Nicolas Sarkozy and German Chancellor Angela Merkel tried to dispell reports of their differences - telling reporters there was "broad agreement" on the main sticking point - boosting the EU bailout fund.
