It's been a very big 48 hours for Europe's single currency. After a marathon summit in Brussels that saw Germany making concessions. Now lawmakers here in Berlin have had given their backing to major legislation on fighting the crisis. The ESM rescue fund - and the fiscal pact on government borrowing - each won a two-thirds majority in BOTH houses of parliament.
