ECB Cuts Interest Rates - Mario Draghi's controversial course

Mario Draghi, head of the European Central Bank, has done it again and cut already low Eurozone interest rates to a historic low.

In future the benchmark rate will be 0.05 percent. And that's not all: in addition, the ECB has announced it will purchase huge amounts of covered bonds and asset-backed securities from European banks. Is that still serious policy-making? Our reporter Joachim Eggers investigates the issue.
