The final to determine the German entry is taking place on March 12th in Cologne.The winner will be chosen from 20 candidates. The Eurovision Song Contest final will be taking place in Oslo, Norway on May 29th.

The 23rd European Fine Art Fair TEFAF is taking place in the Dutch city of Maastricht from March 12th until March 21st. The fair boasts a new section this year called "TEFAF on Paper." It features pictures, books and sketches. The fair is one of the most important of its kind worldwide.
