PhD’s for sale… More and more politicians, managers and civil servants are buying academic honors. Trafficking in fake titles is lucrative and those who profit are corrupt university professors, ghost-writers and shady consultants.
Managers, politicians and civil servants can often boost their career or gain extra prestige with the help of a doctorate.
