Sushi is probably Japan's most well known food...but Okonomiyaki pancakes are proving popular in Amsterdam.
Mmmm...Dutch cuisine. Cheese, croquettes, and the ever present Pannenkoeken, or pancakes. The Dutch love their pancakes - preferably cooked thin, and drenched with syrup or sugar.
