Sweden's Foreign Minister Carl Bildt is a keen blogger both in Swedish and in English. His blog has attracted more than 400,000 readers and received hundreds of comments. However he's been criticised by political observers in Sweden for blurring the lines between what is official government policy and his own views. Inside Europe spoke with Bertil Torekull - an author and former editor of several Swedish newspapers.
