German soldiers on parade in Afghanistan.
It takes a while getting used to. The workplace of the mostly young German ISAF soldiers as peacekeepers is quite different from that of most of their peers back home. It´s dirty, difficult and dangerous. On a recent trip to Kabul and Kundus, David Patrician talked to some of the young men about their job.
