Critics are calling their songs "melancholic, dreamy and simply gorgeous". Tusq have been around for less than two years. Still the guys have already released their first album and even toured Russia.
The musicians from Berlin and Hamburg were helped along by the experience and contacts they had from playing in previous bands. One important connection was to German producer Jürgen Hendlmeier, who produced their debut album "Patience Camp" 2010 in Finland. That's when the band came up with their name "Tusk", inspired by the Fleetwood Mac album "Tusk".
