So it's August. That's the time of year when many Europeans spend their summer holidays getting away from their day-to-day grind. But many Germans just might not be fully letting themselves go. According to a recent study by the German IT trade association Bitkom, around two thirds of the German workforce are prepared to respond to business calls and emails outside office hours - even if they're away on holidays. But is this willingness to interrupt their leisure time a sign of work commitment or a symptom of a more serious problem?
