Focus: Migrants in Germany's workforce

Germany is turning the corner and putting the recession behind it, experts have said. That's left some German companies looking for skilled employees to fill open and new positions. Germany's economy minister has even said that finding the right workers - not fighting unemployment - will be the key labor problem in the near future.
