Your browser automatically chooses the correct character set. However, you can also set the font manually.
In which case you would need to set the font to Unicode (UTF-8). In order for all languages to be displayed correctly you will have to choose a suitable typeface. Recommended is a big typeface for Unicode i.e. Arial, Courier New, Lucida Console, Lucida Sans Unicode or Times New Roman.
Some languages do require a special character set which is downloaded automatically by most common Internet browser.
