For many film students, the graduation film is the beginning of a career in the film business. But even before their film is graded, the would-be directors submit their first films to festivals and competitions to try and raise awareness. KINO accompanied two young film students from the Munich Film And Television Academy, the HFF, and met with Oscar-winning former HFF student Caroline Link.
