Pramita H. Budihardjo currently works with Mercy Corps Indonesia as Chief of Party for the Stakeholder Coordination, Advocacy, Linkages and Engagement (SCALE) for Resilience program, which has been funded by USAID since 2010. The SCALE-Resilience project encompasses a variety of activities, including capacity building for disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, vulnerability and capacity assessments, awareness raising and community-based pilot projects in four Indonesian provinces. In 2009, Budihardjo served as project coordinator of the Asian Cities Climate Change Resilience Network project (ACCCRN Indonesia). Funded by the Rockefeller Foundation, the project focuses on improving capacity of city stakeholders to identify, develop, pilot, and document climate change resilience activities with the potential for replication in other Indonesian cities. Prior to coordinating ACCCRN, Budihardjo was appointed Urban Governance Advisor from 2007 - 2009, focusing on linking Mercy Corps urban program strategies with local and national government programs as well as providing assistance and training to urban program staff to facilitate collaboration with government programs. Budihardjo began her career in 1997 as an urban planning consultant for national and multinational firms. She joined Mercy Corps in 2007 to conduct humanitarian work.
