Althoff, Klaus

Klaus Althoff is the Programme Director of “Climate Leadership Plus – Leadership for Global Responsibility” (CL+), a leadership development scheme of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). CL+ is directed globally at leaders from public administration, business and civil society dealing with transformational challenges such as climate change. Althoff works for GIZ’s Academy for International Cooperation and is based in Bonn, Germany. He has a long track record in international cooperation with human capacity development projects on issues of good governance and regional integration in East Africa, Southern Africa and Eastern Europe.
