Milovanovitch, Mihaylo

Mihaylo Milovanovitch is policy analyst for the OECD Directorate for Education. He is member or team leader of peer reviews of education policies in OECD non-member economies, most recently in the Kyrgyz Republic, Santa Catarina State-Brazil, Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Canary Islands-Spain and Serbia. His work also focuses on integrity and corruption in education, and on schooling for skills in emerging economies. Before joining the OECD in 2008, Milovanovitch was responsible for policy analysis and strategic planning in the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture and for co-operation with East and South East Europe.
