Toe, Robert

Robert is a national of Burkina Faso who holds a Master Degree in Sociology and degrees in Sanitation and Water Technology. Before his current position as Portfolio Manager for West and Central Africa in the Development Division at UNV headquarters, Robert worked for 19 years in the Ministry of Health of his home country (where the last position occupied was Head of the Sanitation Section), one year as a Participatory Methods Specialist in the former UNV Participatory Development Resource Centre for Africa (PDRCA) in Harare/Zimbabwe, four years as Participatory Approach Specialist in the UNV Unit in Maputo/Mozambique and four years as Management and Evaluation Specialist in UNV Hq’s Evaluation Unit.
