Dürrwang, Ralf

Ralf Duerrwang has been Vice President Corporate Responsibility-GoTeach at Deutsche Post DHL since July 2010, responsible for the management and development of its Global Programs on Education under the strategy of Living Responsibility. Under this motto, Deutsche Post DHL tackles issues in environmental protection (GoGreen), disaster management (GoHelp) and championing education (GoTeach). GoTeach is supported by international partnerships with Teach For All and SOS Children's Villages. Duerrwang is a lawyer with 20 years of extensive experience in human resource management. He was DHL’s Vice President Corporate Executive Development for seven years and has had various challenging experiences like successfully leading a service branch with 800 employees for several years. His passion and focus lie in talent management, learning and development and coaching.
