Manfred Bretz, Head of TV and Radio Studios at the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, Sankt Augustin, Germany
Manfred Bretz studied design in Würzburg, Germany. Afterwards he worked for three years as a therapist and then for 20 years as cameraman, video editor and technician for public and commercial broadcasting stations. Since 2001 he has been research assistant and Head of the TV and Radio Studios at the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences (BRSU) in the department of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Technical Journalism. Bretz is also involved in a project cooperation between the BRSU and the Karlheinz Böhm foundation “Menschen für Menschen” (People for People) to support the foundation's Agro Technical and Technology College (ATTC) in Harar, Ethiopia.
