Weisschuh, Bernd

Bernd Weisschuh is a trained precision mechanic and mechanical engineering graduate. Before joining Daimler AG he started his career in the water-turbine engineering sector and was subsequently employed in providing customer service training related to industrial measuring devices. In 1989 he joined what was then Daimler-Benz AG and was initially responsible for delivering continuing professional development programs in the areas of CNC and measuring technology. He transferred to the central vocational training department in 1993. There he coordinated the national training programs for Daimler AG’s plants and outlets in Germany until 2004. Since then he has been responsible for the long-term development and expansion of training centers outside Germany. The key focus of his work is on Russia, India, China and countries in the Middle East.
