Chirchir, Emmy

Emmy Chirchir is a communications consultant in Nairobi, Kenya. She consults for various non-profit organizations. She also coordinates a not-for-profit organization called Filamujuani, meaning ‘films in the sun’, which aims to empower youth in informal settlements in Nairobi by training them in multimedia skills so that they can tell their own stories. Chirchir has a degree in education and a Masters in international media studies.
