Andujar, Gustavo

Gustavo Andujar, an engineer, has been active in media and communication for more than 30 years. He is one of the leading personalities in Cuba’s alternative media world. Since 1994 he has been President of Cuba OCIC/SIGNIS; SIGNIS is the World Catholic Association for Communication. Andujar is director of the independent magazine ECOS, dealing with audiovisual media. He is an expert on social issues and media. He is also an executive producer of documentaries. Internationally he is very active in the world of communication in Latin America, Europe and Asia. He represented OCIC/SIGNIS Cuba at several OCIC/SIGNIS international juries in film and video festivals.
