DW Akademie has a network of partners from around the world and, as a global player in media development cooperation, places a great emphasis on joint projects.
DW Akademie receives the majority of its funding from its media development partner, the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. DW Akademie's cooperation with other national and international institutions such as the German Foreign Ministry, the European Union or the World Bank, has taken on increasing significance in recent years.
Many of DW Akademie's long-term training and consultancy projects are realized jointly with internationally recognized partners. It is this cooperation on national and international levels that ensures the continued success of DW Akademie.
