Chef from Calcutta teaches cooking in Cornwall

When Sanjay Kumar was a little boy growing up in Calcutta, India, his father’s terrible cooking galvanized Kumar to become a professional chef. After Kumar arrived in Cornwall in 2008, he has discovered that in poor areas of England food poverty is increasingly rife. He’s been inspired to tackle the problem directly.
