Attitudes towards free movement harden in France

France's treatment of asylum seekers has earned criticism, most recently in February, by the Council of Europ. French lawmakers are now considering a bill trying to improve asylum conditions. France's problems are reflected across the European Union, where rights groups say, hardening attitudes towards illegal immigration have hurt those who truly need shelter. Lisa Bryant has more from Paris.
