An African perspective

The pictures we see of these tragedies are often of Africans, desperately hanging on to boats and life rafts, floating dead in the water, or being brought ashore, tired and exhausted. So how do those images make Africans who are living here in Europe feel? Asumpta Lattus is from Tanzania and works at DW's English for Africa department. She's written this postcard from Bonn.
