South Sudan's President Salva Kiir has announced elections scheduled will not take place, but his rival, Riek Machar, says the 2015 vote should proceed. This comes amid fresh battles between government forces and the rebels - breaking a new cease-fire deal signed on Friday (09.05.2014).
