A temporary reprieve for Istanbul's stray dogs

They have taken to the streets by the thousands in Istanbul over the last few weeks. But the locals there are not upset about the economy or national affairs: they're enraged over government plans to round up stray dogs. So much so that the government has backtracked. But as Dorian Jones reports, it may only be a temporary reprieve for the dogs.
