Will Russia's new Sputnik take over the media world?

Russia has announced that an ambitious news agency is being launched. The news agency, called Sputnik, is part of the Kremlin funded 'Russia Today' media group. It will be targeting global audiences, and promises to take a 'non-mainstream' look at world events. Charles Maynes in Moscow has more details.
