A setback for Hungary's Viktor Orban

Hungary's relations with its EU partners have been strained since Viktor Orban became prime minister in 2010. There have been disputes over a range of issues. Orban's been criticized for his authoritarian style and until now his ruling Fidesz party has enjoyed a two-thirds majority in parliament. But in a surprise setback, Fidesz has now lost that majority. A report by Karla Engelhard.
