The region Languedoc in southwestern France is one of the biggest wine growing areas in the country. Wine plays a big role in the cuisine as well. In the restaurant "Domaine d´Auriac" in Carcassonne, wine is the perfect ingredient for star chef Philippe Deschamps's recipes. For Euromaxx, he's preparing porcini mushroom ravioli in a sparkling wine sauce.
