A la Carte: Maltese Rabbit

Malta’s diverse cuisine has been exposed to many influences over the centuries, from the ancient Phoenicians and Romans to the British. The island’s in the middle of the Mediterranean, so you’d think it’s mainly seafood and fish, but one of the most popular dishes is rabbit braised in port wine. Edward Diacano, chef at "Rubino" in Valetta, shows us how it’s made.
