If someone mentions Rwanda, what first comes to mind? Perhaps not swanky men's fashion. But, guess again. Over the past year, a pair of Dutch twenty-somethings have begun marketing a line of upscale, made-in-Rwanda men's blazers in clothing shops across the Netherlands.
