On Tuesday, a German court dropped a bribery case against Formula One tycoon Bernie Ecclestone in exchange for a $100 million payment from him. But the ruling has been criticized by politicians and commentators in Germany. One newspaper referred to 'cash-till justice'. Andre Leslie is with DW's Sports Desk.
