据法新社报道，中俄界河—阿穆尔河（Amur, 中文名“黑龙江”）发生百年来最严重大水。新华社周一（8月26日）报道说，某些河段水位创下1896年以来的最高纪录。上周六，一处测量站水位升至50.62米，比1984年创下的迄今最高水位还要高出1.31米。至上周五，俄罗斯一侧已有2.4万人被疏散到安全地带。
