巴西利亚

巴西未来将把石油公司的“石油开采环境补偿费”有目标地投资于教、卫领域。巴西议会众议院当地时间周三(8月14日)晚间批准了一项法案。根据该法案,未来,相关收入的75%将投资于国有教育系统,其余25%投资于处于窘困状态的卫生系统。议会参议院此前已通过了该法案。一旦总统卢塞夫签字,该法律就将生效。在过去数月的大规模民众抗议浪潮中,向这两个领域大笔投资是示威者的主要诉求之一。随着巴西沿海地区原油开采量增加,石油公司缴纳的环境补偿费也相应增加。据官方估计,至2020年,其数额将达210亿欧元。
