中国将恢复兴建核电站

--FILE--The Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant is under construction in Fuqing city, southeast Chinas Fujian province, 31 October 2010. Being constructed by China National Nuclear Company (CNNC), the Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant is a facility with 6 reactors, based on CPR-1000 pressurized water reactor technology. The whole construction will be completed by the end of 2017 with total investment of 100 billion yuan (US$15.05 billion). China has now 13 nuclear power reactors in operation, 25 under construction, and more about to start construction soon. Additional reactors are planned, including some of the worlds most advanced, to give more than a tenfold increase in nuclear capacity to 80 GWe by 2020, 200 GWe by 2030, and 400 GWe by 2050.

中国政府将重启核电站兴建项目,由此结束了日本福岛核灾难之后作出的停建缓建核电的决定。周三中国国务院在一次会议上通过了新的核电规划。根据规划,“十二五”时期将在沿海“安排少数经过充分论证的核电项目厂址”。根据据会议公布的消息,中国计划到2015年将核能和可再生能源将在能源需求总量中的比例提高到30%。去年3月福岛核泄漏事故发生后,中国政府宣布暂停审批核电项目,并对国内的核电设施进行全面安全检查。
